What Would Jesus Do? Dealing With Aggressive Clients

Today we are going to start the What Would Jesus Do? series It’s a new series of posts I’m going to do, I will be answering questions, following the word of god. The name speaks for itself.

As some of you know I run a number of online websites and businesses. This puts me in the firing line quite often.

Sometimes websites just bug out and there is nothing you can do. Some people forget this and can be very unpleased when it happens to them.

So that brings me to today’s What Would Jesus Do?

How To Deal With Unhappy Clients?

There are many examples I could use to display what an unhappy client looks like. However, each and every instance will be different. So for the sake of this post let’s assume your talks with a client have escalated already.

Stop, Breath & Pray. Words to live by.

Forgive Your Client For Speaking bad to you, maybe calling you names etc..

Be kind and offer to help them further even if it’s outside the scope. While I’m not saying you need to continually take the abuse. But you need to be forgiving and understanding. Regardless of if the client is wrong and abusing you for something you didn’t even do or had no knowledge of.

What Would Jesus Do?

Forgiveness, Compassion.

Peter asked this same question of Jesus, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven” (Matthew 18:21,22).

Amen.
